CONGRESS REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND FEES

• All participants attending the congress must register at https://ogk.congress.gen.tr/en

• Congress registration payments are made through the registered address https://ogk.congress.gen.tr/en

• Congress registration fees are detailed in the table below.

• All abstracts submitted to the congress will be evaluated through a blind peer-review process. Participants who are accepted after the peer-review process and present their abstracts within the scope of the Congress Scientific Program will be issued a Congress Presentation Certificate electronically.

• If the abstract is accepted and presented with multiple authors, the other authors must also register to receive a Congress Presentation Certificate. For abstracts with multiple authors, the remaining authors who do not register will not receive a Congress Presentation Certificate.

• A Congress Participation Certificate will be issued electronically to those who attend the congress as listeners without presenting a paper. 

• The registration fee includes participation in scientific programs, coffee breaks, and electronically issued certificates of participation.

• Presenters who fail to pay the registration fee will not be included in the Congress Scientific Program, even if their papers are accepted, and they will not be able to present their papers.

• For accepted abstracts to be included in the program, researchers must pay their registration fee by September 30th (the early registration deadline).

• A student/teacher ID or document will be requested at the registration desk on the day of the congress. Those who have paid the registration fee but cannot present the requested document will be charged the difference from the full registration fee.

• Registration cancellations and fee refunds are strictly prohibited.
